It has it all, the new trend of social media, personalization and the trend of random acts of good. We definitely need more marketing like this.
There’s a lot of companies that have Facebook pages, Twitter accounts etc, but they barely use them in their marketing. It is about time companies should understand that it’s not enough just to be there, but you actually have to do something and have a reason to be there. KLM leads the way in really exploring the opportunities of social media and the value it can add to business.
I’ve flown many time by KLM before and never thought much of it. Now after seeing this marketing campaign I’m proud to be KLM’s client and I will keep using them in the future.
Go KLM! Others please try to keep up and do something! We are all waiting.
